Where it fits
Where it fits
A rear window corner, a toolbox lid, a cooler side or a laptop lid. Any hard, smooth surface takes a decal: glass, paint, metal, hard plastic. Read how to apply a vinyl decal before it goes on.
How it goes on
How it goes on
- Wash the spot with soapy water, dry it, then wipe it with rubbing alcohol.
- Tape the decal across its middle, step back and check it sits level.
- Peel one half of the backing, press from the tape outward with a card, then do the other half.
- Peel the top sheet back on itself, slowly and close to the surface.
About this design
Point the way to the hook

A fat arrow angles down and to the right, and the word "Tow" is cut out of its shaft in heavy block capitals, so the letters are openings where your paint or bumper shows through. The arrowhead is a broad solid triangle. It is a simple, blunt shape, and it reads clearly from well behind the vehicle.
Set it on the rear bumper with the point aimed at your tow hook, so a tow driver or a friend with a strap finds the spot without crawling under the car. When the car changes hands, it peels off without leaving residue behind.
The car culture shelf holds 14 more designs beside the Tow Arrow, and every one belongs to the Ranger Pro catalog.
Before it goes on glass
Keep any decal off the windshield. On the rear window, California, Texas and Florida tie a decal to outside mirrors on both sides, New York bars stickers its DMV commissioner has not authorized, and your own state may differ, so read its vehicle code.
