Where it fits

A rear window corner, a toolbox lid, a cooler side or a laptop lid. Any hard, smooth surface takes a decal: glass, paint, metal, hard plastic. Read how to apply a vinyl decal before it goes on.

How it goes on

  1. Wash the spot with soapy water, dry it, then wipe it with rubbing alcohol.
  2. Tape the decal across its middle, step back and check it sits level.
  3. Peel one half of the backing, press from the tape outward with a card, then do the other half.
  4. Peel the top sheet back on itself, slowly and close to the surface.

About this design

A jackrabbit stretched out at full run

Full stretch: a jackrabbit runs to the right with its long ears laid flat along its back, its forelegs reaching out ahead and its hind legs kicked out behind. The short tail flicks up at the rump. It is one solid silhouette with small notches at the chest fur, and the extended legs give it a clear sense of speed even from across a lot.

Point the nose toward the front of the car so the rabbit runs the way you drive, low on a side window. Runners can put it on a gym bag, and dirt bike riders on a flank panel. Speed is the whole idea, and the stretched legs carry it.

Before it goes on glass

Keep any decal off the windshield. On the rear window, California, Texas and Florida tie a decal to outside mirrors on both sides, New York bars stickers its DMV commissioner has not authorized, and your own state may differ, so read its vehicle code.
