Where it fits
Where it fits
A laptop lid, a toolbox, a rear window corner or a gear case. Any hard, smooth surface takes a decal: glass, paint, metal, hard plastic. Read how to apply a vinyl decal before it goes on.
How it goes on
How it goes on
- Wash the spot with soapy water, dry it, then wipe it with rubbing alcohol.
- Tape the decal across its middle, step back and check it sits level.
- Peel one half of the backing, press from the tape outward with a card, then do the other half.
- Peel the top sheet back on itself, slowly and close to the surface.
About this design
One jigsaw piece, tilted on its corner

One jigsaw piece turns on its corner, with two rounded tabs pushing out and two round sockets bitten in. It has no inner lines and no holes, just one smooth solid outline with soft curves where a cutter would leave them. Because it is a single filled shape, you can name it from the far end of a parking lot.
For some of you the piece stands for a cause you carry. For others it is a love of a thousand-piece box on the table. Either way, a laptop lid is a calm home for it, turned on its corner with one tab pointing up.
If the Puzzle Piece is close but not quite it, the symbols, kanji and skulls shelf has 17 more designs from the Ranger Pro selection.
Before it goes on glass
Keep any decal off the windshield. On the rear window, California, Texas and Florida tie a decal to outside mirrors on both sides, New York bars stickers its DMV commissioner has not authorized, and your own state may differ, so read its vehicle code.
